• Click Add Business from the menu
• Fill in your business details (name, address, phone, email)
• Select your business type and category

• Register an account or login
• Go to your Dashboard
• Find your business under "My Businesses"
• Click Update Details
• Make your changes and submit
• Updates will be reviewed and published within 48 hours

• Login to your account

• Click Respond to Reviews
• Thank customers and address any concerns professionally
• Your response will appear below the review
